How do I charge my Picoo controllers?

Standard Set (6 Picoo controllers)

  • Use only the included USB-C cables and power adapter.
  • Open the cover on the bottom of the Picoo controller and plug in the USB-C cable. Plug the other end of the cable into the power adapter. Do this with all Picoo controllers.
  • Plug in the power adapter.
  • The controllers will now flash slowly:
    • Red: the controllers busy charging.
    • Purple: the controllers are too hot (or cold) to charge. Once they have cooled down, charging will begin on its own.
    • Orange: the controllers are almost done charging. (You can already use them to play again).
    • Green: the controllers are fully charged (they turn off automatically after 5 minutes).

Premium Set (12 Picoo controllers)

  • Use only the included cables, hub and power adapter to charge the Picoo controllers.
  • Open the case.
  • Open the cover on the bottom of the Picoo controller and plug in the USB-C cable. Do this for all Picoo controllers.
  • Remove the power adapter and power cord from the case and place them outside the case.
  • Plug the power cord into the power adapter.
  • Plug in the power adapter.
  • The controllers will now flash slowly:
    • Red: the controllers busy charging.
    • Purple: the controllers are too hot (or cold) to charge. Once they have cooled down, charging will begin on its own.

  • For safety reasons, leave the case open while charging.

Kaplan Set (USA)

  • Use only the included cables, hub and power adapter to charge the Picoo controllers.
  • Remove the hub and power adapter from the case and place both outside the case.
  • Open the cover on the bottom of the Picoo controller and plug in the USB-C cable. Do this with all Picoo controllers.
  • Plug the other end of the cable into the hub. Do this with all cables.
  • Plug in the power adapter.
  • The controllers will now flash slowly:
    • Red: the controllers busy charging.
    • Purple: the controllers are too hot (or cold) to charge. Once they have cooled down, charging will begin on its own.
    • Orange: the controllers are almost done charging. (You can already use them to play again).
