Are Picoo controllers safe for players with light sensitivity (such as epilepsy)?

Yes, safety is our top priority. We have taken light sensitivity into account in two ways:

• Technical design: Picoo controllers are designed according to the applicable safety standard EN-IEC 62115 (safety of toys with modulated light sources).
• Game design: When designing our games, we deliberately minimize the use of fast flash patterns to reduce the likelihood of light-sensitive triggers.

Our advice: always consult

Although our products meet standards, we are not medical experts and do not know a player's personal medical situation. Light sensitivity varies greatly from person to person.

Therefore, we recommend the following:

• Consult with the player and/or the player's supervisor first. They themselves can often best judge what is or is not possible.
• In doubt? If so, always consult a doctor before starting the player with Picoo.
