How do I send diagnostic data to Picoo?
Follow the steps below to send us a test report:
- Make sure you have updated the app on your phone to the latest version
- Make sure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone
- Open the Picoo app
- At the bottom, tap 'Maintenance'
- Press "Start.
- Wait for the app to find your Picoo controllers
- Press 'Next'
- Tap "Diagnostics" at the top.
- At the bottom, tap 'Send report'
- Tap 'Email' or 'Share' at the bottom
- Send the data to Picoo
