Not all Picoo controllers participate in the game. So what is happening? What can I do to fix it?

If a Picoo controller is not participating in the game, these causes and solutions may help:

• Game startup: Make sure all controllers are held close together when starting a game. Then they will be invited to the game.
• Dead batteries: Check that all controllers are properly charged. You can tell this by a slowly blinking red light on the controller, indicating that the battery is low. 
• Software error: Update the controller to the latest version. Sometimes it can happen that the controller that is not working has already been fully updated, but other controllers still have an older version. Therefore, check that all controllers have been updated to the latest version.
• Reset: Press and hold the button for 10 seconds to reset the controller.
