The game does not start on all Picoo controllers. Not all Picoo controllers are playing. What now?
Battery too low
The Picoo controller's battery may be too low to participate in a game. In that case, the light flashes red slowly.
Different software versions
It is also possible that the Picoo controllers cannot be invited because the controllers do not have the same software as the game distributor. If this is not the case, the Picoo controllers that cannot join will flash blue quickly. Please note that this is only implemented as of version 2.19.
Tip
The Picoo app lets you check the battery status and software versions of Picoo controllers. You do it like this:
- Turn on all Picoo controllers by pressing the button once. The Picoo controllers will now flash blue slowly.
- Make sure Bluetooth is on on the phone.
- Open the Picoo app.
- Create an account and, log in, or choose "play without an account.
- Click on "Maintenance."
- Click "Start." The app will start looking for Picoo controllers.
- Are all the controllers found? Click "Next."
- Click on "Diagnostics" in the upper right corner.
- A message appears at the bottom (you may have to scroll a bit) with information about the controllers.
- Charge the controllers if the message indicates that the battery level is low. Does the app indicate that the controllers do not have the same software? If so, update the software on all controllers.
- Repeat the above process again after the update to verify that the update was successful!
