What are the delivery times and how do returns work?

Delivery times for both rental and purchase

Our shipping process is handled through reputable courier services such as DHL, PostNL, or UPS. Once we ship a package, you will receive an email with the estimated delivery date, time and the address the package will be sent to. We always schedule our shipments at the beginning of the week to avoid weekend deliveries.

About three days before the start of your rental period, we prepare the package for shipment. Once it is on its way, we will send you a track & trace link so you can follow the progress of your package. Should there be any delays with the courier services, the rental period start date is automatically adjusted to the date you received the package.

Returns on rental

A few days before the end of your rental period, you will receive an email from us explaining how to return the package. With the email you can create a free return label for a carrier of your choice (PostNL, DHL or DPD). Pack the Picoo set in a sturdy cardboard box (this can for example be the box in which the set was delivered), stick the label on it and drop the package off at a collection point.
